// SHORE

I met Dan out one night in Brooklyn. The moment he told me he was from the Jersey Shore, I laughed and immediately thought of 1. the reality show, and 2. I wonder if he has an accent. Like is it Coffee or Cawfee, water or watta.
I opened my eyes a couple months later with a slight hangover from the night before. I wasn't in New York City, but in the State of New Jersey and It was july 4th weekend. Dan was ordering Pork Rolls for the boating adventure to F Cove, and I was quietly sipping on my coffee patiently waiting for my hangover to subside. In my older years I've developed slight motion sickness. For instance, every time I fly I now get nauseous when landing. it's ridiculous if you ask me. So, hangover + boat rides = no fun.
My July 4th weekend of F Cove, the boating adventure, and the Jersey Shore was just awesome. So awesome I just got back from there this weekend. Oh, and for the record, Dan says "water" with a hard a, there's a slight accent with Cawfee, and when he drinks enough alcoholic beverages "over there", durns into Pauly D's "Cabs are here" accent. Haha, he's going to kill me for that.
